SHIPPING

Olive Oils will be shipped after the harvest of each year, so in November/December. You should send us your reservation of oils well in advance otherwise the supply cannot be guaranteed.
 

Regarding shipping of wines, we highly recommend to ship from October to April when the temperatures are milder.
 

The packaging can be done for 6 or 12 bottles in Styrofoam and quality cardboard boxes that have been especially made for the shipping of bottles. Styrofoam insures the wine from breakage and keeps the temperature.

Shipping to the US

The actual shipping upon order will be handled by the Global Wine Service.

The shipping fee includes:

• To save time at the US Custom's as it is obligatory that all comestible products now need the Custom's clearance. Global Wine Service have an agreement with the US Custom's and the FDA to clear our products.

• The shipment takes 2 weeks approx, with exception of Custom's delays (one in a hundred is delayed). This means that our boxes will not lay around in deposits that are not temperature controlled.

• The shipment is insured up to 200 Euro. Should anything happen to the bottles, you can claim a reimbursement (if this ever should happen, please contact us right away)

To ship your wine, it is necessary to fill in the PDF form with all your details. When filled in, please send with order form to purchase@tuscany-in-a-bottle.com

Shipping to other countries (Australia, New Zealand, etc, the price for 12 bottles is Euro 190,00) - please contact us by email.
